1. Scope and Objective
This Distance Selling Agreement applies to all commercial transactions, purchases, and orders placed through the website operated by Kamar Marketplace LLC. This contract establishes the legal rights and obligations between the Buyer (Customer) and the independent third-party Seller (Vendor). Kamar Marketplace LLC acts solely as an “Intermediary Service Provider” and is not a direct party to the sales contract.
2. Orders, Prices, and Payments
The total price of products, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, is displayed at the checkout stage. Payments are processed securely via our integrated third-party payment gateway partners in Georgia. The order becomes binding once payment is successfully authorized.
3. Delivery, Shipping, and Metro Pickup Models
The platform offers specific delivery methods, which may include Courier Delivery within Tbilisi, Regional Shipping across Georgia via partner courier companies, or Free Tbilisi Metro Station Pickup.
- Vendor’s Responsibility: Regardless of the shipping method chosen by the Buyer, the independent Vendor is solely responsible for the proper packaging, safety, and correctness of the product inside the package.
- Intermediary Role: Kamar Marketplace LLC provides the logistics infrastructure and corporate shipping partnerships. However, Kamar Marketplace LLC does not accept direct financial or legal liability for shipping delays caused by third-party courier services, or items damaged due to insufficient packaging by the Vendor.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns (14-Day Rule)
In compliance with the Electronic Commerce and Consumer Rights legislation of Georgia, Buyers have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason. The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Refund processes are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Resolution of Disputes
Any dispute arising from transactions on this platform should first be addressed through our support channels for an amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be governed by Georgian consumer protection laws and settled in Georgian Courts.
