1. 14-Day Right of Return
Customers have the right to return any purchased product within 14 calendar days from the date of physical delivery without providing any reason.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging with all original labels and tags attached.
- Cosmetic, hygiene, and personal care products can only be returned if the protective seal/packaging is completely unopened.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item sent by the vendor, Kamar Marketplace or the vendor will cover the return shipping costs.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to send the item back to our central Tbilisi warehouse.
4. Refund Process (CRITICAL FOR BANKS)
Once your returned item is received at our central Tbilisi depot and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and the credit will be applied to your original credit/debit card within 5 to 7 business days through our secure banking partners (Bank of Georgia / TBC Bank).
